Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF/FH/DNII 100% in night shift Your tasks • Holistic care and nursing of the guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement and the nursing process • Execution of treatment nursing activities • Electronic nursing documentation using Care Coach (possible via mobile with Care Coach Smartphone) • Observation and evaluation of nursing and care situations • Regular rounds on the nursing ward and in the senior apartments • Taking over tasks and responsibility for assigned professional tasks at night Your profile • Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF/FH/DNII or an equivalent training recognized by the SRK • Professional experience in long-term care and Spitex/Inhouse Spitex is an advantage • Experience as a RAI coordinator is desired • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Joy in diverse challenges • Good German skills in speaking and writing Why Tertianum?
