Head of Living Area

Your tasks ### • You take over the technical, personnel and organizational management of your living area and lead your team with appreciation, clarity and commitment. • Together with your three deputy heads of living area, you ensure efficient organization of the living area and guarantee high-quality care. • You are responsible for professional, needs-oriented care and support of our residents and support your team as needed, also in direct care. • You promote and develop your employees in a targeted manner and create a motivating work environment in which personal responsibility and cooperation are lived. • You are a fan of personnel development and support a sustainable learning and development culture. • You actively contribute to quality management, question existing processes and develop innovative solutions and concepts together with your team. • You work closely with other departments and professional groups and contribute to an open, positive and forward-looking corporate culture. Your profile ### • You have a degree as a Dipl. nursing specialist (DN II, HF or FH) and have several years of experience as a management person in care. • You bring a corresponding leadership training or are willing to complete it. • You think entrepreneurially, work in a solution-oriented way and approach changes with openness and initiative. • You convince with your communication strength, social competence and your ability to motivate, lead and develop employees. • Even in demanding situations, you act sovereignly, structured and decisively. • You have very good German language skills in word and writing as well as a safe handling of IT applications. • Ideally, you bring RAI knowledge with you.
