Main missions: • Real estate development: Potential analysis, program definition, feasibility study, implementation strategy, technical, economic and legal structuring. • Project Management: Supervise all phases of real estate projects, from design to delivery, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budget, and quality and sustainability requirements. • Project Management Assistance missions: Accompany clients in the definition, monitoring, and coordination of projects. • Feasibility Studies: Analyze development opportunities, conduct programmatic and financial feasibility studies, establish investment budgets and profitability projections. • Monitoring the marketing of projects under their responsibility: Support and monitoring of marketing. • Steering projects in the construction phase: Ensure monitoring of works, costs, deadlines, and execution quality. • Development of building permit applications: Coordinate the preparation and monitoring of authorization requests, collaborate closely with consultants and various stakeholders. • Prospecting: Identify and prospect new clients/projects/plots, manage client relationships, establish purchase or service offers, presentation and promotion of projects, negotiation. Profile sought: • Experience: Experience in the construction/real estate sector in Genève • Training: Degree in architecture, engineering, real estate, urban planning or other • Skills: Excellent project management and planning capacity / Strong negotiation and communication skills / In-depth knowledge of real estate regulations and administrative processes / Mastery of project management tools. • Personal qualities: Leadership / Rigor / Organization / Curiosity / Human values / Commitment
