Technical Customer Project Specialist (m/w)

On an exclusive mandate from our client, a renowned, market-leading machine engineering company based in the Winterthur area, we are seeking a Technical Customer Project Specialist (m/w) # In this versatile role, you will advise national and international customers on your company's innovative products. You will be responsible for project implementation from A to Z (feasibility, quotes, deliveries, etc.), coordinate orders for various projects with customers, and perform a range of tasks in sales support. Additionally, you will provide support for tasks in product management and actively participate in the introduction of new products, including pricing. You will recognize market trends and be able to implement them successfully. For your customers, you will be the competent contact person for product-related questions and will advise and train them in German and English, and possibly in French. The close collaboration with various internal departments (e.g., AVOR, Purchasing, Development) makes your task even more exciting and versatile. To be successful in this responsible position, you should have a technical background (polymechanic, etc.) and commercial training (e.g., technical merchant, HF technician) or have completed a basic commercial training in the industry. It would be advantageous if you have already gained experience in a similar role in sales support and order processing (industry) with consulting for international customers. You should communicate confidently in German, English (spoken and written), and possibly in French. Additionally, you should have good MS-Office skills and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Navision, ProAlpha, etc.).
