The Wohngruppen at Vogesenstrasse create a family atmosphere for people with mental disabilities and are tailored to the individual needs and expectations of the residents. In 2 Wohngruppen, residents are supported, accompanied, and cared for with great commitment in everyday life. In a pleasant, manageable environment, cooking is done together, household tasks are performed, and community life is lived. The familiar environment gives the residents security and helps them to remain as independent as possible. The residents are cared for by two teams and their Wohnbereichsleitungen - as a Wohnbereichsleitung, you are in demand! Wohnbereichsleitung 80 - 100% (m/w/d), Wohngruppen Vogesenstrasse Your most important tasks: • Leadership / planning and organization of a team of around 14 employees (including trainees) • Responsibility for the care and support of around 20 residents with mental illnesses • Creation of a safe, structured environment that enhances the quality of life of the residents • Interdisciplinary collaboration with offices, doctors, and specialist agencies - you are networked You bring: • Completed training as a nursing specialist HF/FH • Experience in caring for people with mental illnesses and challenging behavior • A leadership-experienced personality with a participative approach • Enjoyment of varied work and teamwork - you like to lend a hand • Interdisciplinary thinking and high social competence characterize you • Experience with the RAI system and disability compensation is a big plus (further training and experience as RAI Supervisor or Expert are desired) • Experience with IBB is a plus, but not a must! *Sounds exciting?* If you want to promote the quality of life of the residents together with us and take on responsibility, we look forward to your application!
