Intake + Triage (InT) is the central point of contact and information regarding our entire range of services. Here, we record all registrations of all target groups of IG Arbeit, carry out the admission process professionally and quickly refer interested parties to the right place. We are looking for a Praktikant/in Intake + Triage 60-70% (m/w/d) at our location in Luzern as of February 2027. You can look forward to the following tasks • Accompanying assigned interested parties in the admission process as a contact person with support and after consultation with the responsible specialists Intake + Triage • Conducting conversations, company tours and assessments as part of a targeted placement within IG Arbeit, as well as documenting the entire process • Active collaboration with internal and external offices • Supporting the specialists Intake + Triage in their departmental tasks • Participating in team meetings and supervisions • Optional opportunity to work on projects or working groups With this profile, you are exactly right for us • Currently completing training in the field of social work (social worker) • Experience in counseling conversations is desirable • Willingness to learn, motivated personality with pleasant manners • Good PC skills as well as professional and stylistically correct expression in German (verbal and written) • Enjoyment of working with people in a demanding social environment This is what you can expect • Regular conversations with your practical trainer • A heterogeneous team that will support you with a lot of methodological and technical know-how • In-depth insight into the areas of work integration, psychopathology and the companies of IG Arbeit • Opportunity to network with other social institutions and experts in the Central Switzerland region Have we sparked your interest?
