• IT - Project Management • Bern • Contracting • Part-time, 60-80% • 01.09.2026 - 30.06.2027 • Scrum Master, agile, Jira, Confluence Your tasks: • Ensuring and moderating all Scrum events such as Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives • Planning, organization and facilitation of workshops as well as larger formats such as PI Planning and System Demos • Coaching and supporting agile teams in the application of Scrum and other agile methods • Promoting cross-team collaboration as well as an open feedback and improvement culture • Identification, transparency and removal of obstacles (impediments) at team and product level • Collaboration in transformation and change initiatives within the project • Further development and establishment of working models, forms of cooperation and agile best practices • Supporting stakeholders in understanding and implementing agile principles • Planning and continuous optimization of Scrum implementations • Promoting self-organization, individual responsibility and continuous improvement within the teams • Supporting the Scrum teams in the development of high-quality products • Structuring and preparing documentation, planning documents and decision bases in Confluence • Promoting transparency regarding goals, priorities and progress • Supporting the Product Owner in the maintenance and structuring of the Product Backlog   Your profile: • Several years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or in a comparable role • Demonstrable experience in organizational transformation and change initiatives • Scrum Master certification (e.g. PSM or CSM) • Experience with agile metrics as well as data-driven process improvement • Knowledge of scaled agile frameworks such as SAFe as well as a good understanding of modern product development • Very good knowledge of Jira and Confluence • Strong coaching, moderation and facilitation competencies • Analytical, structured and solution-oriented way of working • Ability to communicate complex relationships in an understandable way • High social competence, communication strength and conflict management skills • Proactive, responsible and team-oriented personality • Business fluent German skills as well as fluent English skills in speaking and writing
