Your tasks Conducting negotiations with architects and clients, participating in construction meetings and order discussions Supervising and coordinating construction sites, managing and planning personnel, processing projects Performing construction acceptances, coordinating and controlling subcontractors Performing measurement work Monitoring quality, determining and controlling costs, hourly and daily reports Creating pre- and post-calculations, estimations, quoting, and billing Partially assessing damages and creating damage expert reports Your profile Training as a Drafter specializing in architecture, or sound professional experience as a construction manager Further training as a Dipl.
