The Labor Market/Unemployment Insurance service area is responsible for the Unemployment Insurance Act. As part of the Market and Integration division, the ALK Professional Enforcement Support group works in the tension between the enforcement agencies, the insured, IT and politics. Within this framework, the group develops strategies, prepares operational implementation and supports the enforcement agencies in doing so.
