In this role, you will take on a central interface function within the team. Qualifications What you bring with you (Must-Haves) • Education: Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Finance and Accounting, Business Administrator (HF/FH) or an ongoing/planned degree (further education is actively supported). • Specialist Competence: Sound, several years of practical experience in closing security according to Swiss GAAP FER and OR. • IT Knowledge: Proficient use of Abacus ERP as well as very good MS Excel knowledge are required. • Mindset & Ambition: High affinity for numbers, hands-on mentality, and the strong motivation to progress personally and professionally and to gradually grow into a higher role (e.g., department management). • Industry Plus: Experience in a project environment (e.g., architecture, engineering, consulting, or construction) is an advantage, but not a must. • Languages: Proficient German skills in speaking and writing.
