Location Bienne Availability Immediately Type Temporary Reference 40982 Published on 02/07/2026 For our renowned client in the Seeland / Berne / Soleure region, operating in the security sector, we are looking for immediately or by arrangement a: Human Resources Manager - Accounting & Pay-rolling (m/f/d) Job description ### • Proficiency in the field of corporate accounting and Pay-rolling management (Sage200 is a plus) • Management of accounts receivable/accounts payable • Management of all accounting entries • Preparation of monthly closing • Preparation of VAT declarations • Management of social insurances in connection with payroll • Preparation of the annual closing with the fiduciary • Monitoring of invoice payments • Payments to suppliers. • Preparation of weekly liquidity and accounts receivable reports. • Monitoring of accounts receivable: reminders, debt collection. • Responsible for all human resources activities • Implementation of the HR strategy according to company objectives • Taking charge of HR projects • Privileged interlocutor for employees and management • Responsible for the recruitment process • In charge of conflict management • Management of career policy and training follow-up • Supervision of the administrative department Profile ### • You benefit from a degree in accounting, e.g., Bachelor HEG or Federal Diploma • You bring at least 5 years of experience in accounting and Human Resources • You master French, German is a plus • You are a proactive and creative person • You enjoy working both autonomously and in a team • Activity rate: 80-100% Interested?
