We are looking for the office in Luzern: Construction Manager* in architecture office 80-100% Good architecture requires proximity to construction and the corresponding knowledge. Our architecture office therefore offers all services from the preliminary study to realization and utilizes the transfer of knowledge and experience between employees across all phases. Teamwork is based on mutual trust, appreciation, and high professional competence. Our construction tasks are extremely diverse and varied. They range from public buildings to residential construction, building for old age, baths, to monument protection projects. As part of our construction management team, you are responsible for the cost planning and realization of projects. You possess a high level of constructive understanding, have an affinity for architectural detailed solutions, and work independently and goal-oriented within a team.
