Site Manager Facility Management 80 - 100% Your tasks In this responsible position, you will take on the operational responsibility for facility management at the Domicil Kompetenzzentrum Bethlehemacker. You will be supported by one employee as well as by the Head of Facility Management Lebensraum Bern West. You are responsible for the sustainable preservation of value of the buildings, ensure the operation and maintenance of the technical systems, and ensure a professional appearance of the property. In your function as a safety officer, you guarantee the implementation and compliance with all relevant legal regulations. You support the cross-site Facility Management Lebensraum Bern West team and regularly take on on-call duties. As part of the replacement new building, varied and demanding tasks await you in the coming years.
