Due to the upcoming retirement of a long-standing employee, we are refilling this key position as: ICT System Technician (80 – 100 %) Your tasks 1st and 2nd level support incl. troubleshooting Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365 & Intune (Cloud & Hybrid) Client, mobile device and network operations (LAN/WLAN, IP telephony) Hardware and software rollouts as well as system migrations Participation in IT projects (Cloud, Multimedia, Digital Signage) What you bring with you Federal Diploma of Higher Education as ICT Informatiker/in EFZ specialization Systemtechnik Very good knowledge in the Microsoft environment (Azure, M365, Intune) Experience in ICT support (1st / 2nd Level) Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working Very good German skills, English is an advantage What you can look forward to Modern, cloud-based ICT landscape Technically demanding role with room for design Flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths Work location Zürich and in the suissetec Campus Lostorf (SO), a lighthouse area near Olten Attractive employment conditions ????
