It ensures care, support, prevention, and health promotion services 7j/7, 24h/24, to more than 18'000 patients of all ages, of which 25 % are under 65 years old. Multidisciplinary home care team leader / 100% / permanent ## The operations management (DOP) includes notably four home care centers (CMD), the Centre des pratiques interprofessionnelles et des pôles cliniques (CPIPC), the Centre de l'hospitalisation à domicile (CHAD) as well as the Research and Development Unit and the Digital Health and Business Organization Directorate. Hierarchically reporting to its various directorates, the multidisciplinary team leaders have under their direct responsibility thirty to fifty employees and IMAD clients distributed according to their places of residence and/or the specificity of the team. Your missions and responsibilities • Promote a customer orientation in all actions undertaken, thanks to a multidisciplinary care approach • By delegation of the director of the home care center (CMD) and within the framework of the policies defined by the institution, direct and coordinate the activities of a team within a branch • Guarantee the quality of services delivered to IMAD clients • Ensure the application of the operating procedures of the branch team, as defined by the institution • Manage personnel in compliance with the principles and rules of the human resources policy defined by the institution, in accordance with law B 5 05 and its implementing regulation • Ensure in daily management the proper functioning of the home care branch, in coordination with the members of the CMD management and in interaction with the teams in charge of centralized services • Participate in institutional projects and their implementation. Qualifications • Bachelor HES-SO in nursing or training deemed equivalent with at least 5 years of professional practice • Post-graduate training in management is an asset • Successful managerial experience and ability to manage a multidisciplinary team of 30 to 50 people • Ease with statistics and in the analysis of management dashboards • Excellent sense of communication and negotiation, good relational intelligence • Great capacity for adaptation, analytical and synthesis skills • Good knowledge of the functioning of l-IMAD is an asset • Knowledge of the Geneva health and social network • Capacity and interest in project management.
