September 2026 or by arrangement. Your fields of activity (Today and Tomorrow): Leadership and Design: You will take over the methodological-didactic leadership and further development of the Training and Transfer Days (TT Days) at tertiary level B for HF Nursing students as well as our growing further training portfolio. You are the deputy for the education area in the health and social sector. Empowerment: You are co-responsible for the leadership, guidance, and support of the course leaders and lecturers in your area and help shape their further development. Quality & Innovation: You ensure the high quality of the educational offerings, consistently align them with the needs of companies, and drive digital transformation in teaching. Networking: You work at the interfaces with other areas (especially secondary level II health and social sector) and represent our organization competently in cantonal committees. Strategic Collaboration: You actively contribute to the further development of our educational processes and take on conceptual responsibility for cross-departmental projects.! Your foundation (What you bring): Background: Completed education and further training in the health or social sector (mandatory at least a degree at tertiary level B, e.g., HF/FH). Proven experience in the area of TT Days Nursing HF and in the conception of practical further training and specialist seminars for Nursing HF, Sek II as well as for vocational trainers in health and social affairs. Pedagogical Expertise: Sound experience in analog and digital instructional design for adolescents and adults as well as your own teaching activity, substantiated by corresponding further training (e.g., instructor with federal professional diploma). System Knowledge: A deep understanding of the vocational training landscape. Very good knowledge of secondary level II (FaGe, AGS, FaBe etc.) is a great plus for the systemic understanding of our organization. Leadership & Organization: Verifiable experience in the parallel leadership of teams, projects, or working groups. You possess strong organizational talent and maintain an overview even in dynamic phases. Personality: You are a resilient, analytically thinking doer-personality with high initiative.
