At our location in Dietwil, we develop and manufacture innovative, high-quality sowing technology, which is later used all over the world. To strengthen our team, we are looking for: Production Employee 80–100 % Your tasks consist of: • Independent welding of metal parts according to templates/drawings • Welding of series and individual workpieces in various processes (MAG/TIG) • Preparation and setup of the workplace • Warehouse management of the welding shop • Assembly work according to instructions You are: • reliable, independent, and responsible • accustomed to fast and high-quality work • motivated to improve and optimize your skills and processes every day You have: • Enjoyment of metal processing and interest in learning new things • Good welding skills • German at least C1 level We offer: • Performance-based compensation • Modern workplace • Small, flat structures in a family-like team • Support for further education if interested We look forward to your application!
