Accompanying and, if necessary, representing the mission management at meetings and meetings in the human rights and peace policy area What makes you unique • Master's degree. Mediation training is an advantage. Professional experience in the field of conflict transformation, peace promotion and/or diplomacy, preferably in countries with conflicts / a difficult security situation • Distinct political instinct and secure appearance, innovative spirit • Communication skills and empathy, as well as the ability to act appropriately in an intercultural context • Proven analytical skills paired with editorial skill • Solution-oriented way of working, resilience, team player as well as role affinity and understanding in a complex organization • Very good knowledge of two official languages, Arabic as well as excellent English skills • Swiss citizenship (applications from persons with dual citizenship with the country of deployment cannot be considered).
