Your area of responsibility You are jointly responsible for assortment design, competitor observation, and trend scouting. The preparation of purchasing budgets and calculations is an important part of your work. Our ERP Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power-BI support you in your daily analysis work. You conduct purchasing negotiations and bear brand management responsibility for achieving targets in terms of budget, sales, margin, and inventory turnover. You are responsible for the implementation and further development of the assortment strategy based on the defined target groups. You work intensively with the e-commerce & marketing team to ensure that your products are presented and sold as best as possible. You enjoy selling your products to our online customers in writing. You support the purchasing department in administrative tasks, coordinate and monitor orders, as well as the recording and maintenance of goods receipts and master data. Your profile Enthusiasm for outdoor activities and in-depth knowledge in the field of hardware. You have a basic or detailed retail business education and further training in purchasing or business administration. You work in a structured way, enjoy calculations and analyses. You have fluent German language skills in word and writing, English & French language skills are an advantage. Very good knowledge of common MS-Office programs.
