Logistics Specialist / Warehouse Worker (m/f/d) – 3-4 shifts

Your main tasks • Goods movement & logistics: You are responsible for the loading and unloading of trucks as well as the internal transport of raw materials and finished products using industrial trucks. • Warehouse management: You professionally store goods in and out, perform bookings in the ERP system, and ensure the material supply for the production plants. • Order picking & packaging: You assemble customer orders precisely, pack them for transport, and prepare the shipping documents. • Quality & order: You carry out outgoing and incoming goods inspections and ensure cleanliness, safety, and order in your warehouse area. Qualifications Your profile • Education & experience: Completed training as Logistiker/in EFZ/EBA or several years of professional experience in the warehouse/logistics area of an industrial or production company. • Driving licenses: SUVA-recognized forklift license and crane license are mandatory. • Mobility (Mandatory): Driver's license Cat. B and a private car are mandatorily required due to the shift operation. • Shift availability: High readiness for deployment in the 3-shift system (early, late, night) as well as flexibility in temporary 4-shift operation. • Languages & IT: Good German skills in speaking and writing as well as routine in handling warehouse management systems (MS-Office / ERP). • Personality: Hands-on mindset, high reliability, physical resilience, and enjoyment of teamwork.
