To strengthen the management team, we are looking for an entrepreneurially minded, hands-on oriented, and financially savvy personality as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) (100%) The Position As a member of the management team, you will act as a strategic sparring partner to the CEO and assume overall responsibility for the areas of finance, accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and liquidity management. You will actively participate in shaping, lead, and bear responsibility for fundraising activities and reporting to shareholders and other stakeholders. Furthermore, you will drive the further development and professionalization of finance, reporting, and governance processes. You are responsible for the Human Resources area as well as the leadership and further development of Business IT and support digitalization and ERP initiatives. In addition, you will accompany contract negotiations with selected key customers and bear responsibility for administrative and operative support functions. Your Profile Higher education degree in finance, business administration, law, or IT Several years of leadership experience as a CFO in a comparable SME, scale-up, or technology-oriented environment Broad experience in the areas of finance, controlling, compliance, taxes, HR, and corporate organization High IT affinity Business fluent German and English skills, French is an advantage Entrepreneurial, pragmatic, and hands-on personality with strong analytical skills Have we piqued your interest?
