Senior Business Analyst (m/f/d) Project: As part of a project to implement FINMA resilience requirements, an emergency operating solution for payment transactions is being developed. The focus is on the analysis, conception, and coordination of functional and technical requirements in close cooperation with business departments, IT, and external partners. Tasks: • Collection, analysis, conception, and documentation of functional requirements for the analysis, collection, and documentation of functional requirements in the field of payment transactions • Development of functional concepts as well as specification of business and IT requirements • Support of change requests from requirement collection to successful introduction • Analysis and coordination of interfaces, data flows, and integration requirements • Close cooperation with business departments, IT, external partners, and other stakeholders • Coordination and alignment of requirements within a complex project environment • Support in functional quality assurance, testing, and the creation of documentation • Taking on responsibility for a sub-area or workstream within the project Requirements: • Completed studies in business informatics, computer science, or business administration • Several years of professional experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Business Engineer in complex projects • Sound knowledge of payment transactions, ideally in the environment of ISO 20022 as well as modern payment transaction standards • Experience in the analysis, modeling, and specification of functional and technical requirements • Good understanding of system landscapes, interfaces, and integration processes • Experience with agile working models such as Scrum or SAFe • REB or ITIL certifications are an advantage • Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented way of working • Strong communication, team-oriented personality with high initiative and a pronounced sense of quality Languages: • German: C2 • English: C1 Reference no: 925057MH Role: Senior Business Analyst (m/f/d) Region: Zürich and region Utilization: 100 % (Hybrid only within Switzerland) Start: End Date: Should this position have piqued your interest, please send us your complete dossier via the link in this advertisement.
