Our client places great importance on quality, sustainability and customer satisfaction and maintains an open and dynamic corporate culture.   Plastics Technologist EFZ, independent and flexible 80 -100 % Your task • Setting up, programming and monitoring injection molding machines to ensure smooth production • Systematic approach to tool sampling and support, commissioning and acceptance of new systems • Changing injection molding tools and performing maintenance work to ensure production efficiency • Adjusting process parameters to improve product quality and minimize scrap • Checking the manufactured parts for dimensional accuracy, surface quality and material properties to ensure compliance with quality standards • Identifying and rectifying production errors and machine malfunctions • Preparation and drying of plastics as well as ensuring correct material supply to the machines • Maintaining production logs and reports to support traceability and continuous improvement of processes What you can expect • Attractive working conditions • Careful induction into your tasks • Collegial and motivated team • Flat hierarchies, an open working atmosphere and the opportunity to contribute your own ideas • Working in an innovative environment with state-of-the-art technology and well-equipped workplaces Your profile • Completed training as a Plastics Technologist or a comparable technical training with a focus on injection molding processes • Several years of professional experience in operating and setting injection molding machines as well as sound knowledge of plastics and injection molding processes • Strong technical understanding and the ability to analyze and effectively rectify process problems • Good teamwork, reliability and an independent way of working in a dynamic production environment   Are you interested?
