Project Manager IT and Digitalization Projects 80-100 %

In the role of Project Manager IT and Digitalization Projects, you will actively shape the digital further development of our foundation group. As part of our Operational Excellence team, you are an important interface between specialist departments, IT, external partners, and management.   You lead and accompany versatile projects surrounding digital solutions, processes, tools, and system landscapes. In doing so, you bring structure to requirements, recognize connections, and ensure that viable and practical solutions emerge from ideas. To be successful in this role, you bring experience in project management, a good understanding of IT and process connections, and enjoyment in collaborating with different stakeholders. Your workplace is in Bad Zurzach, home office possibilities are available.   Your tasks   • Leadership and collaboration in IT and digitalization projects within the entire foundation group • Evaluation, selection, and introduction of new applications and digital solutions • Recording, structuring, and prioritizing requirements together with relevant specialist departments • Analysis of existing processes, system landscapes, interfaces, and data flows • Translation of functional requirements into clear IT and solution concepts • Coordination of internal stakeholders as well as external service providers and software partners • Creation of economic assessments, decision bases, project plans, and status reports • Ensuring transparent project control regarding deadlines, quality, risks, and resources   What we wish for from you   • A university of applied sciences or university degree in business informatics, industrial engineering, computer science, business administration with an IT focus, or a comparable education • Ideally, you bring 5 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in IT, digitalization, or organizational projects • You possess experience in project management and have already led interdisciplinary projects with specialist departments, IT, and external partners • You have a good understanding of complex system landscapes, interfaces, data flows, and integration logics • You possess strong knowledge of the Microsoft environment, especially Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and ideally Power Platform • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is an advantage • You understand IT projects not only technically, but also as process and change initiatives • You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented manner • You communicate confidently with specialist departments, IT, external partners, and decision-makers • You possess very good German skills as well as English skills   What we offer   • Participate in a modern working environment and contribute actively • Work in a supportive and appreciative team, which is committed together to the best possible patient care • Benefit from attractive social security benefits and comprehensive benefits • Generous cost participation in training and further education • Use discounts at various partners, such as wholesalers, pharmacies, as well as our membership at Benefit@work • Enjoy free entry and further discounts at the wellness thermal bath FORTYSEVEN      We look forward to your online application!     Your contact person Johannes Gamp Leitung Operational Excellence E-Mail: j.gamp@stiftungbadzurzach.ch   Note: For this position, we do not accept dossiers from recruitment agencies.
