ICT System Engineer (m/f) Windows Server / Microsoft 365 (m/f) 80-100%

Your tasks • The focus of your tasks lies in the operation, further development and design of our Windows-based IT server infrastructure as well as the Microsoft 365 environment. • You continuously operate, optimize and further develop our on-prem services as well as Microsoft 365 services (e.g., Teams, Entra ID, Intune). • Participation in and independent implementation of projects in the area of Windows Server infrastructure, Microsoft 365 and selected Azure services is part of your tasks. • You create concepts and architecture blueprints and actively participate in the further development of our Microsoft 365 governance and target architecture. • You work closely with IT Security in the areas of compliance, policies and further development of the security strategy. • The development of automations and optimizations within the IT infrastructure as well as the coordination and ensuring of stable operation are also part of your area of responsibility. • You are involved in troubleshooting as well as in 2nd and 3rd level support (including availability for on-call duty and planned maintenance work outside of regular working hours). • You take on the role as vocational trainer for our apprentices in the field of informatics (EFZ) and are responsible for their professional supervision as well as the planning, implementation and documentation of the training (including educational reports and qualification procedures). Your profile • Informatiker EFZ with further training (HF/FH) in the field of informatics or business informatics • Several years of experience in the operation and engineering of Windows Server environments as well as in the Microsoft 365 environment • Sound knowledge of Microsoft 365 (e.g., Teams, Entra ID, Intune) as well as Azure • Broad IT knowledge is an advantage, e.g., network, Identity & Access Management • Experience in creating concepts and in system design as well as the ability to translate requirements into pragmatic solutions • Fundamental understanding of IT Security in the Microsoft environment (e.g., Endpoint Management, Conditional Access, Vulnerability Management) • Certifications in the area of Microsoft 365 are an advantage • Completed training as a vocational trainer or the willingness to complete it • Independent, structured way of working as well as the ability to think beyond one's own area of responsibility • Communicative and a team player • Fluent German and good English skills
