Your missions In compliance with the orientations set by the Service de l’enseignement obligatoire and the DFAC, the primary school director manages the organization, functioning, and administrative and pedagogical management of their establishment, the management of personnel, the quality of teaching and education, as well as collaboration with school partners on behalf of whom he/she represents the establishment He/she also pays particular attention to the quality of the climate prevailing within the establishment and to the well-being of the people working there.
