Coordinator Entrepreneur Education 80-100% GastroSuisse is the largest employers' association for the hotel and restaurant industry in Switzerland. Our approximately 80 employees represent the interests of the hospitality industry with great commitment, strengthen the image of the sector, and advocate for high-quality initial and continuing education. To reinforce our Entrepreneur Education team, we are looking for a motivated personality for a varied and versatile activity in the education sector of the hospitality industry as of 1 October 2026 or by arrangement. Coordinator Entrepreneur Education 80-100% What you will achieve: You advise individuals interested in education and accompany them on their path to entrepreneur education. You organize federal examinations and ensure smooth procedures. You support the education centers of our cantonal associations in consulting and service delivery regarding LMS, website, and quality management. You participate in the further development of the educational offerings G1, G2, G3, and CAS FH Gastro. You coordinate central communication measures across various channels – from print and online to in-person events. You manage the Learning Management System WIGL, create digital learning content with Articulate Rise, and support the management and further development of our CRM OM. Why you fit with us: You are commercially trained and have already gained professional experience in the hospitality industry or the education sector. You have successfully completed the entrepreneur education G1/G2. You have impeccable German skills in speaking and writing and can communicate well orally in French and/or Italian. You work independently, in a structured manner, and maintain an overview even in demanding situations. You convince with your service-oriented, reliable, and team-oriented nature.
