Welcome, accompany, organize and manage a group of children between 4 and 12 years old, in accordance with the pedagogical concept; Actively participate in the development and implementation of the institutional pedagogy; Get involved in various group and institutional projects and ensure their follow-up; Create a partnership of trust with the educational team and families in order to offer a quality reception. Your profile Diploma of early childhood educator ES, or a title deemed equivalent; CAS as a trainer practitioner (PF), an asset Professional experience in the childhood sector, ideally in UAPE; Sense of autonomy, responsibility and organizational skills; Spirit of collaboration and ability to work in a team; Ease of adaptation and flexibility; Ordinary and special criminal records clear (checked by the SCAJE) Start of duties and contacts Start of duties: immediately or to be agreed.
