Sous Chef, starting immediately or by arrangement. As our kitchen is a manageable size, we work predominantly using the "Tournant-Verfahren" (rotation method). This means for you: your professional strengths are wide-ranging and you pitch in wherever it is needed. As the right hand of our Head Chef and the 1. Sous Chef, you will also take co-responsibility for smooth service processes, quality assurance, and the guidance of our team.
