In order to strengthen our team dedicated to the Swiss market, based at the Swatch headquarters in Bienne (Switzerland), we are currently looking for: SALES MANAGER SWISS MARKET 100 % Job description ## 1. Key Account Management & Business Development for the Swatch and Flik Flak brands ### • Define and develop Key Account strategies • Elaborate annual plans with sales, distribution and marketing objectives • Develop lasting partnerships with Key Accounts • Conduct Business Reviews and present new collections • Identify growth and optimization opportunities 2. Commercial performance ### • Analyze sales (sell-in/sell-out), stocks and performance indicators • Ensure the achievement of turnover, volume and distribution objectives • Manage commercial and marketing budgets 3. Management ### • Supervise and develop the Sales Coordinator team (1 employee) • Manage and support the Regional Sales Manager (1 employee) 4. Distribution and market development ### • Define the distribution strategy with the Brand Manager • Analyze the openings, closures and evolutions of points of sale 5. Project management and cross-functional collaboration ### • Participate in the elaboration of the annual Business Plan • Lead projects related to clients • Represent sales within the Swiss Management Team 6. Client management in French-speaking Switzerland ### • Develop and retain the client portfolio in French-speaking Switzerland (BE, JU, SO, FR, VS, NE, VD, GE) • Present collections and advise clients on assortment, stocks and sales development Profile ## • Initial training oriented towards sales, ideally completed by continuing education in the commercial field (Key Account Management or sales management). • Client-oriented personality, open and convincing, equipped with an excellent sense of organization. • Resistant to stress, flexible, innovative and open to the world. • Excellent communication and coordination skills, especially in collaboration with internal stakeholders. • Analytical spirit and global vision, with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously. • Strong negotiation skills and professional approach to the client relationship. Professional requirements ## • Several years of experience (approximately 3 to 4 years) in field sales as well as in the management and development of client relationships. • Ideal knowledge of the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector and good understanding of this environment. • Proven experience in collaboration with Key Accounts and demanding business partners. • Proficiency in common Microsoft Office suite applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). • Experience in using RMIS and MyStore tools.
