Mission until the end of the year \- Recent IT graduate: IT Support \& Logistics Technician Mission The IT Support \& Logistics Technician is responsible for the preparation, installation, relocation, and maintenance of the company's IT hardware. They ensure logistical support related to workstations and participate in relocation, layout, and equipment renewal projects to guarantee a functional working environment for employees. Main responsibilities Prepare, configure, and install workstations (PC, monitors, docking stations, peripherals). Install, replace, and upgrade monitors and other IT equipment. Uninstall and reinstall equipment during workstation changes or reorganizations. Participate in office moves and workspace layout projects. Move IT hardware between different sites or departments. Ensure basic cabling of workstations (power, network, peripherals). Perform inventories and maintain updated stock of IT hardware. Prepare hardware for new employees and retrieve equipment upon departures. Diagnose simple hardware problems and replace defective equipment. Coordinate the collection, recycling, and disposal of IT hardware according to current procedures. Ensure the proper organization of IT hardware storage areas. Collaborate with the IT team for mass deployments and infrastructure projects. Document interventions and update tracking tools. Required skills Good knowledge of IT hardware (PC, monitors, printers, docking stations, accessories). Basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 environments. Ability to install and connect network equipment and peripherals. Sense of organization and rigor in hardware management. Good physical condition allowing for the handling and transport of equipment. Team spirit and sense of service. Autonomy, flexibility, and ability to manage several interventions simultaneously. Desired profile Training in IT, technical support, or equivalent experience. Initial experience in local IT support or IT logistics is an asset. Driver's license (depending on company needs). Proficiency in French; technical English is an advantage.
