Program Leadership for the Youth and Potential Program

The zRächtCho NWCH association is a competence center for the social and economic integration of people with a refugee background. Our goal is to accompany people on their way to education, work and social participation. We rely on potential orientation, equal opportunities and appreciative cooperation. For the development and implementation of our new Youth and Potential Program, we are looking for a committed and initiative personality as Program Leadership for the Youth and Potential Program (80%) The program will initially be conducted as a pilot project until mid-July 2027. You will take over the technical and organizational leadership of a new offer for young adults with a refugee and migration background. You will accompany participants in their personal development, clarify educational and labor market potentials and develop suitable follow-up solutions with them. Tasks ### • Development, implementation and further development of the Youth and Potential Program • Planning and implementation of learning and support offers in group and individual settings • Stabilization and individual support of participants • Conducting potential, educational and labor market assessments • Preparing triage and follow-up decisions • Personnel management of employees in the program • Cooperation with referring agencies, authorities and network partners • Ensuring quality, documentation and reporting • Leadership of crisis interventions and development of conflict solutions • Participation in evaluations and further development of the offer Requirements Profile ### • Completed training in Social Work, Social Pedagogy, Work Pedagogy, Special Education, Psychology or a comparable qualification • Experience in working with young adults with difficult conditions for education or labor integration is an advantage • Leadership experience and/or project management experience is an advantage • High self-initiative and independence • Intercultural competence and sensitivity • Solution-oriented approach to uncertainties and challenging situations • Pronounced relationship and communication skills We offer ### • The opportunity to shape a new and innovative offer from the beginning • A responsible and meaningful activity with a large scope for design • Collaboration in a committed and motivated team • Technical support as well as internal and external training opportunities • Contemporary employment conditions and flexible work arrangement The job interviews will take place by arrangement.
