Specialized Care Professional / Social Educator (80% - 100% Workload)

Residential Home Bisacht - the human being is at the center! The Residential Home Bisacht is an institution with a low-threshold offer and provides 19 people with a mental and/or intellectual disability with a home. The residential home is located in a rural environment and enables internal day structures in the household, in the garden, in animal care, in wood processing, and in the creative atelier. To complement our team, we are looking for a Specialized Care Professional / Social Educator (80% - 100% Workload) immediately or by agreement. As our new "Specialized Care Professional/Social Educator" you will design a home with the residents and create framework conditions and structures for a life with as much autonomy as possible. You are a generalist and love the variety in your work? As a small residential home, you can look forward to a very varied job. You will accompany and support the residents individually and in a development-oriented manner in their daily lives, participate in the institution's activities and individual leisure activities of the residents, and take care of their health concerns and implement medical prescriptions and instructions - thereby working with the responsible doctors/therapists and external offices. • Do you have a completed training as a "Specialized Care Professional, Social Educator or Health Professional"? • Do you already have experience working with mentally ill people? • Do irregular working hours, night shifts, and Sunday shifts not bother you? • Are you an empathetic, flexible, resilient, humorous, and understanding person with a flair for life in a rural environment? • Do you have pleasant communication skills and a high sense of responsibility as strengths? • Are you willing to help with all household chores as a member of the residential home team? • Do you have a driver's license category B?
