Project Manager Network Fair Cleaning (50%) ## The Network Fair Cleaning was founded in 2025 and awards companies with its label that promote fair working conditions in the cleaning industry. The goal is to improve working conditions and equal opportunities for cleaners, as well as to raise awareness for fair cleaning. For the implementation, we are looking for a committed project manager starting 1. September 2026 or by agreement. The position is initially limited until the end of 2027, with the option of extension. Your tasks Project management & coordination • Operational management of the project and ensuring the achievement of goals • Collaboration with the carrier organizations and coordination of all project activities • Preparation, management, and documentation of meetings • Fundraising, budget management, accounting, and reporting to internal and external stakeholders Communication/public relations & awareness • Development and implementation of communication measures to publicize the label • Creation of information materials and maintenance of the website and social media channels • Conceptualization and implementation of awareness campaigns, workshops, and expert conferences Certification coordination • Consulting cleaning companies regarding the label and certification • Coordination and further development of the certification process Network development & maintenance • Promoting the networking and visibility of socially engaged employers • Acquisition and support of new network members Your profile • Experience in project management, preferably in the non-profit sector • Strong communication and networking skills • Experience in organizing and implementing events and campaigns • Sensitivity to social and societal issues, particularly working conditions, migration, and gender equality • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work • Enjoyment of working with digital tools • Experience in certification, label development, and fundraising is an advantage • Very good German language skills in writing and speaking; additional language skills are welcome We offer • A meaningful activity with social impact • A lot of creative freedom and personal responsibility • Collaboration with committed partner organizations • Flexible working hours and the possibility of home office • Workplace in Bern or Basel • Annual salary of CHF 72'000-80'000 (for 100% workload; proportionally for 50%), depending on experience and qualification Interested?
