Shaping everyday life You care for the clients, sometimes in a 1:1 setting, in structured and stabilizing systems. You ensure person-oriented daily and leisure activities and take on tasks in the household, organization and documentation. Developing perspectives In the interdisciplinary team, you are committed to a professional way of working and a good working atmosphere. Together with colleagues, you examine technical approaches, cooperation and organization and participate in change processes. Your profile Experience You have already accompanied people with intellectual disabilities and challenging behavior, ideally in the field of ASD. You are able to reconcile shift, weekend and holiday services well with your private life. Personality In demanding care situations, you act calmly and convey security. You seek help when you reach your limits, and you contribute openly to team meetings and specialist consultations. Humor, empathy and respect are important to you. Education You have completed training as a Fachperson Betreuung EFZ, or an equivalent qualification, possibly with a specialization in psychiatry. Language You are proficient in the German language and communicate in a manner appropriate to the target group.
