If you are ready to take on a new challenge, this offer is for you. Responsibilities: As a Change Manager, you analyze, update, and improve the content library. You organize sessions with experts and centralize everything for optimal access. You pilot, design, coordinate, and provide training. Additionally, you set up support devices. You also monitor KPIs (tool adoption, feedback, actions to be taken). You detect resistance and ensure the implementation of change and formalize feedback. Profile: • University degree • 3 - 7 years of experience in change management, project management, or digital transformation • Experience in the banking world, a plus • Good knowledge of projects (digital transformation) • Good knowledge of communication and training tools (Articulate 360) • Excellent communication skills • Fluent French and good level of English #LI-Hybrid
