Immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for an architect for a permanent position Your challenge: • You are responsible for smaller to medium-sized projects including their planning, supervision, and management in terms of construction and design • You independently process the phases of project design, execution, and detail planning • You lead, coordinate, and organize your project team consisting of internal specialists and external specialist planners • You monitor quality, costs, and deadlines and ensure a smooth project process • For clients, authorities, companies, and all interest groups involved in the project, you are the competent contact person What you bring with you: • Degree as an Architect FH or ETH or bzw. dipl. Techniker:in HF Bauplanung Architektur • Basic training as a Zeichner:in EFZ Architektur is an advantage • Several years of professional experience in project execution in Switzerland (> 10 Mio. CHF) • Expert in Swiss standards and contractual frameworks • Sound specialist knowledge regarding constructive and practice-oriented detail and execution planning • Passion for complex projects in all construction tasks • Whether independently or in a team, you convince as an uncomplicated, pragmatic, and solution-oriented doer who enjoys being challenged and handles pressure situations with expertise • Organizational skills, structured and methodical way of working, entrepreneurial thinking and acting • Knowledge of ArchiCAD (2D, 3D, BIM) is an advantage • You are proficient in negotiation, speak German, and have experienced use of MS-Office • Leadership experience rounds off your profile What we offer you: • Creative, motivated, and experienced team in a dynamic environment • Varied area of responsibility in all business sectors such as hospital and laboratory construction • Flexible working hours • Digitally networked working in the cloud and a modern office infrastructure • Opportunities for personal development
