We are looking for an IT Solutions Specialist Mission Product vision & business expertise Collect, analyze and challenge the needs of business users Translate expectations into clear, value-oriented user stories Structure business processes and become their functional referent Be a force for proposal in functional and technical design choices Maintain a product backlog aligned with the strategic roadmap Project management & transverse coordination Develop and monitor the project roadmap: objectives, milestones, resources Coordinate internal and external stakeholders throughout the project life cycle Manage deliveries: planning, development, tests, deployment Guarantee compliance with deadlines, budget, and the quality of deliverables Communicate regularly on progress and necessary arbitrations Quality, tests and change management Write and execute functional test scenarios (UAT) Validate deliverables and ensure their compliance with business expectations Organize documentation, training and user support Collect field feedback to feed continuous improvement You Proven experience ( 5years) in hybrid roles PO / BA / PM Solid understanding of information systems, APIs, integrations, and technical constraints Very good knowledge of business challenges, ideally in the construction, civil engineering or transport sectors Ability to take on a role as a functional referent with the teams Ease in collaborating with developers, business units and external partners Mastery of different project management methodologies and tools Excellent listening, communication, analysis and synthesis skills Autonomy, rigor, initiative, and strong results orientation We Attractive salary conditions Numerous internal benefits Innovative company Start date: immediately or to be agreed Work location: Bioley-Orjulaz Your dynamism will be our strength!
