Project Manager Interior Architecture / Interior Construction With your experience in the holistic management of demanding projects, you develop individual solutions together with our team from planning to successful handover in the hotel, gastronomy and healthcare sectors. You coordinate internal and external specialist planners, craftsmen and suppliers and ensure that deadlines, costs and quality are always in balance. In doing so, you create cost calculations according to BKP and NBK, conduct negotiations with customers and partners and monitor the implementation of projects until the finished facility is completed. Your organizational talent is particularly used in the coordination of productions, orders and supply chains. You have several years of experience in project management, in the construction or interior construction environment. These characterize you just as much as your entrepreneurial thinking and structured way of working. You have a basic training in the field of architecture, interior architecture, interior construction or civil engineering, ideally supplemented by further training as a project manager or technician HF. You work independently, solution-oriented and responsibly, communicate sovereignly with customers, specialist planners and craftsmen and bring a pronounced quality awareness and joy in demanding interior architecture projects. Stylistically correct German is required, English skills are an advantage.
