We are looking for a rigorous and committed professional to join our central sterilization department and contribute, on a daily basis, to patient safety and the smooth running of the operating block.  Job Description : In your duties, you will join a team involved daily in the reprocessing of medical devices used in the operating block and in care units. You will work in close connection with the operating block teams, covering several surgical specialties, including orthopedics, traumatology, visceral surgery, obstetrics, urology and ENT.  Your role consists notably of : • Ensuring the various stages of the medical device reprocessing process, in compliance with current procedures. • Using the traceability system to guarantee reliable and secure tracking of surgical instruments. • Contributing to the smooth daily running of the department and the fluidity of the circuit between the operating block and sterilization. • Performing usual controls, routine maintenance and the reporting of anomalies related to equipment. • Participating in continuous improvement, quality and the securing of professional practices. Your missions take place in compliance with sterilization standards, good practices for reprocessing medical devices and current institutional directives.  Required Profile : You are recognized for your rigor, your precision and your sense of responsibility. You apply procedures reliably and understand the importance of traceability in patient safety. You enjoy teamwork, know how to communicate constructively and are comfortable in a demanding technical environment, in direct connection with the operating block. • Proven experience in an equivalent function is an asset. • Proficiency with IT tools is expected. • Mastery of the Kenus system, or an equivalent traceability software, would be appreciated.  Education Level : • A validated training as Technical Assistant in Sterilization level 1 is required, level 2 would be an asset • Or a CFC as medical device technologist Advantages : • A permanent position (CDI) at 100 %, within an engaged, collaborative and quality-oriented team. • A technical, structured work environment in close connection with the operating block. • Daytime hours only. • Access to the continuous training program of the Pôle Bloc Opératoire et Stérilisation, as well as the continuous training catalogue of the Département des Soins of GHOL. • Advantages reserved for the employees of GHOL, notably in connection with the Plan Mobilité
