Real Estate Manager - permanent position

Your mission For our client, a recognized player in the Geneva region, we are looking for a Real Estate Manager in a permanent position. Within a dynamic team, you will be in charge of the operational management of a real estate portfolio with a primarily commercial purpose and will play a key role in the development and enhancement of assets. Your missions - Manage a portfolio of real estate assets with a commercial focus. - Negotiate leases and ensure the relationship with tenants. - Perform move-in/move-out inspections and the administrative follow-up of contracts. - Participate in projects for the layout, renovation, and development of commercial spaces. - Perform regular site visits. Your profile \- Training in real estate, ideally completed by the Federal Diploma of Property Manager. - Confirmed experience in real estate management in Switzerland. - Significant experience in managing commercial spaces or shopping centers (indispensable criterion). - Excellent negotiation skills, sense of organization, and autonomy. - Good knowledge of the Swiss real estate market and legislation.
