As an owner's representative, you actively maintain your customer relationships and are in direct contact with tenants, facility management, tradespeople and authorities. You carry out periodic property inspections, write condition assessments and are responsible for the acceptance and handover of rental objects during initial lettings and tenant changes. In addition to rental objects, you also manage (co)ownership properties and participate in meetings as well as owners' meetings.
