What you will achieve with us ## You support our customers in claims processing and accompany them personally throughout the entire process. You receive the claim notifications and are responsible for further processing and settlement. You initiate necessary immediate measures independently and remain in close contact with all parties involved. What you bring with you ## • Completed training in the insurance industry • Sound professional experience in claims processing • Enjoying customer contact and supporting them professionally in the event of a claim • Independent, responsible and proactive personality • Fluent German skills Working with us ## We offer you a careful induction phase as well as a challenging and varied activity in a motivated, young team.
