You will join the Product Marketing, Medical & PMO department as a Platform Strategy and Innovation Intern. Your mission: Working closely with the Director of Platform Strategy and Innovation, you will help drive platform launch operations and customer migration programs - work that directly fuels how we deliver our product roadmap. You will be at the heart of how we bring new platform features to our customers and support their transition to the next generation of our platform. Expect true exposure to product strategy, launch management, and cross-team work in a dynamic environment. You will be involved in: • Observing and supporting the Platform Marketing, Strategy & Innovation team to learn how product strategy, project management, and platform launches work in a fast-paced technological environment • Supporting launch operations and content delivery: helping to coordinate launch cycles and briefing sessions, consolidating release notes, and following up with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of contributions, presentations, and communications for launch announcements • Supporting customer migration operations: tracking account progress, following up with internal migration leads to ensure deadlines are met, and coordinating customer communications regarding migration schedules and new available products • Identifying opportunities to streamline and automate operational processes: analyzing recurring workflows and proposing improvements to increase the efficiency of launch and migration operations   Requirements The experience you bring: • PhD in genomics, bioinformatics, biotechnology or equivalent field with an interest in project management • Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint • Interest in experimenting with AI tools to improve productivity and automate workflows • Proficiency in English; French or German is a plus • High level of organization, attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and proactive communication skills What you will learn: • Product management strategy and the planning and execution of platform launches • Launch management and cross-functional stakeholder coordination throughout product cycles • Project management in a real technology company context, from planning to stakeholder communication • How AI tools can be applied to streamline and automate business operations Benefits • All internships and apprenticeships at SOPHiA GENETICS are paid according to the best practices of each country and degree level. • Meal benefits • A steep learning curve - you will gain real practical experience from day one Application process  Apply now with your CV and any additional information.
