Our daily structures consist of three after-school care centers and two lunch programs in Brüttisellen and in Wangen. As of 10 August 2026, we are looking for reinforcement for our existing team A Group Leader for special education after-school care, approx. 77% ## For the management and establishment of the new special education after-school care center for children with increased support needs, we are looking for a committed, resilient, and professionally skilled personality. Children with disabilities or special accompaniment needs should be supported professionally, appreciatively, and in an orientation towards development. Working hours: ### • Monday to Friday during the 39 school weeks from 10.00h - 18.00h • During the entire school holiday weeks, you basically have holidays Area of responsibility: ### • Management and care of a small after-school care group of children with increased support needs together with an experienced care assistant • Design of a clearly structured, safe, and supportive daily care routine • Individual accompaniment and support of the children in everyday life • Professional handling of challenging situations and co-design of suitable support structures • Planning and implementation of adapted group and leisure activities • Co-responsibility for the establishment and further development of the special education after-school care offering • Close cooperation with parents, teachers, school management as well as internal and external specialist agencies • Instruction and cooperation with employees in the care team • Observation, reflection, and documentation of development and care processes You bring with you: ### • Preferably a completed training as a Fachperson Betreuung EFZ specialization childcare, or specialization people with disabilities, or a comparable pedagogical training • Experience in the accompaniment of children with disabilities or special support needs • Ideally experience in a special education, remedial education, or integrative working environment • Joy in establishment work and in the co-design of a new offering • High professional, social, and self-competence • Calm, clear, and reliable attitude in pedagogical everyday life • Resilience, flexibility, and good capacity for reflection • Joy in interdisciplinary cooperation • Good oral and written German skills We give back: ### • You receive the opportunity to actively co-design and further develop a new special education offering • A responsible and versatile activity with scope for design • A meaningful area of work with high pedagogical relevance • Cooperation in a motivated, careful, and well-coordinated team • A friendly, cheerful, and lively working environment • Exciting challenges, no day is like the other - with us you can fully contribute your creativity and your commitment • Remuneration and social benefits according to municipal guidelines
