You have an interest in modern tools, including those assisted by AI, and wish to use them in the future to simplify and make processes more efficient. At the same time, you are the important link between management and our employees on the construction sites. Your tasks In this versatile function, you support management in the organization and management of our earthworks sites. You work in a structured manner in the office, but you are also regularly on the construction sites to clarify questions directly with our employees. Your tasks include in particular: • Support in the planning, coordination, and supervision of earthworks projects • Regular visits to construction sites to clarify questions, concerns, and processes • Central liaison between management and employees on the construction sites • Support in the management of offers and purchases, including tenders, amendments, as well as offers from suppliers and subcontractors • Management of construction site administration, including project data, reports, transport slips, measurements, and hourly works • Assistance with invoicing, checking invoices, and recalculations of completed projects • Maintenance of project documentation, plans, minutes, and construction site documents • Monitoring work progress, quality, deadlines, and occupational safety • Assistance in the continuous improvement of our processes and communication between the office and the construction site Your profile We are not looking for a purely office-based person nor a classic site manager. We are looking for someone who likes to do both: administrative and technical tasks in the office as well as direct contact with our employees on the construction site. You correspond well to our profile if you: • Have completed training or experience in the main sector of construction, civil engineering, earthworks, gardening, road construction, or a related field • Ideally, have experience in a comparable function - however, this is not mandatory; what matters is your interest, your willingness to learn, and your sense of construction processes • Understand construction processes and have a good sense of organization • Like communicating with people and solving problems in a solution-oriented manner • Work independently, reliably, and in a structured manner • Are down-to-earth, resilient, and team-oriented • Feel comfortable in the office and are proficient with computers, MS Office, and digital tools • Possess a category B driver's license • Have a good command of German, both oral and written Our offer With us, you take on a versatile mission in a practical environment, with short decision-making paths, direct exchange, and the possibility to act actively.
