Your tasks: You lead a department with 13 residents, exclusively with a focus on gerontopsychiatry You take over the operational and personnel management of a team of a total of 12 employees, including trainees and students – with specialist knowledge, appreciation and clarity. Together with your team and internal and external partners, you ensure the care process for individual care and nursing – competent and with heart. You are the link between nursing staff, residents and management and always keep an overview. You lead your team flexibly and humanly, practice clear communication and promote open, humorous cooperation. You provide timely, honest and factual feedback – preferably in direct exchange. You remain solution-oriented, even if a mistake occurs – you don't hold grudges. As a member of the cadre team, you actively contribute, participate in projects and specialist groups and drive the further development of operational and care concepts forward. What you bring: Training as a nursing specialist HF, with psychiatric experience At least 2 years of leadership experience in a comparable function.
