Fixed contract Day shift position You will be in charge of the programming, setting, and production monitoring on CNC grinding machines, while actively contributing to the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes. Your missions Program Recomatic and Crevoisier CNC grinding machines. Create programs using Alphacam software. Perform settings, setups, and equipment optimizations. Ensure production monitoring by guaranteeing compliance with quality, cost, and deadline requirements. Produce parts in small series with a high level of precision. Identify and implement continuous improvement actions in order to optimize process performance. Collaborate closely with the Technical Office and Methods departments for product development and industrialization. Participate in solving technical problems and propose optimization solutions. Your profile Training as a precision mechanic, polymechanic, micromecanic, or training deemed equivalent. Proven experience in programming and setting CNC grinding machines. Good mastery of Recomatic and/or Crevoisier machines. Mastery of Alphacam software. Experience in manufacturing high-precision parts in small series. Sense of organization and ability to work in collaboration with technical teams. Proactive in a continuous improvement approach. Does your profile match?
