Psychiatric Nurse

On behalf of one of our clients in the Neuchâtel, Fribourg and Vaud sectors, we are looking for profiles of Specialized Nurses in Psychiatry. Available as soon as possible Psychiatric Nurse - Training: Bachelor's degree in nursing or diploma recognized by SEFRI Switzerland (obligatory recognition). - Specialization: Confirmed experience or specialization in mental health/psychiatry. - Skills: Excellent communication skills, empathy, emotional management and sense of observation. - Language: Perfect mastery of French (oral and written). Within dynamic multidisciplinary teams, you ensure the comprehensive care of patients suffering from mental disorders. Your responsibilities include: Evaluating the mental and physical health of patients upon admission. Developing, implementing and coordinating personalized care projects. Conducting supportive and motivational nursing interviews. Managing psychiatric crisis and emergency situations with calm and professionalism. Ensuring the monitoring of medical treatments and their side effects. Leading therapeutic workshops and discussion groups.
