You will lead an interdisciplinary team and ensure professional management support for the Directorate. At the same time, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational communication of Swissmedic. In this key role you will be responsible for the internal and external communication of Swissmedic advise the Directorate, Management, Institute Council on communication and political issues, coordinate crisis communication and represent Swissmedic to the media and other stakeholders, plan and organize meetings of the Management and Institute Council as well as other national and international events, prepare statements, position papers, correspondence and decision-making bases, support the Director in strategic and operational tasks Your profile You have a university degree or equivalent education and several years of leadership and professional experience in the areas of communication, staff work or public affairs. Experience in the environment of administration, politics or regulated organizations is an advantage.
